Nasima Akter

Ms. Nasima has over 28 years of experience in individual, marital, family, and group counseling and psychotherapy. Throughout her career, she has facilitated various training and workshops and has been working with UNDP, BRAC, Family Health International, East-West University, Jahangirnagar University, National Curriculum and Textbook Board, UNICEF, etc. In October 2016, she founded Freedom Within, an organization working in mental health to promote well-being, autonomy, and empowerment. Over the course of her career, Ms. Nasima attended several pieces of training at home and abroad in New Delhi, Nepal, and Bangalore.
